Well done to the boys and girls of 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th class for participating in the sponsored walk on Friday afternoon to mark the opening of Eamonn’s Way walking track around Doohamlet GAA pitch.
The weather was cool but dry and didn’t hamper the children one bit as they walked to the football pitch and completed two laps of the walking track before returning to school.
This is a wonderful new facility for everyone in the locality.The people of Doohamlet are to be commended for their combined efforts to create it. Well done to all involved.
